BSA's assignments this year have continued to focus on our three core business areas: (a) energy market research, analysis and forecasting, especially in conjunction with LNG supplies, gas utility and storage projects, and investment risks and markets, (b) fuel due diligence in support of energy project finance, and (c) expert support in litigation concerning gas pricing and markets, pipeline service costs, cost of capital, and related contract and regulatory issues.  BSA's major assignments have involved market research, support of project finance of LNG supply chain, evaluation of LNG netback pricing, support of rate case activities in the Pacific Northwest and before the FERC, and Southeast Alaskan gas markets.
